Hi All

Please help me please to understand what is going on with my Okuma MC-V4020

We just got ball screw replaced on Z axis because unormal noise when z axis moving up and down .

Dealer can’t give me an answer .

Nose become not as strong as before but load on Z axis in up direction up to 120 % and on down direction 20% . When Z axis not moving load 71%.

If someone who has same machine can check on yours and give me the numbers I will be grate appreciated .

Thank you in Advance

Running a program right now, but with Z not moving, the load is about 68%-ish.. that's just holding up all of the weight of the spindle and such.

It's going to be more going up, than it will be down, because of gravity I would assume.
