Chamfering Internal Opening on a Curve

I have a part that looks like this...

COMPLEXCHAMFER_zps7c166e91.png

I need a .010" chamfer around the internal curve where the arrows are pointing. This is basically just a debur operation to make the part look as nice as possible. The part is on a horizontal machine. You are looking at the top view and these side holes are the last operation. I was thinking I could use one of these Harvey Tool 90 Degree Double-Angle cutters. The through hole is 7/16" so I was considering a 1/4". But the part would need to rotate around to make this work. There is only .050" from the bottom of the hole to the floor at the bottom of the pocket. Can someone please give me an example program to show me how I might do this?

Thanks.

I use these cutters a lot. They work great for the right application. I don't think this is the right app. for it though because IMO you'll either gouge the part or not clean it enough in some areas. I did not draw anything out to support my comment though and I don't know what tolerance you need to hold.

I would do it with their undercutting tool instead http://www.harveytoo...eywords_E_52820

I was just thinking the same thing Rob. It's like you were reading my mind as I was thinking lolipop tool would be the only thing that would do it. The shank would hit if I rotated. With the lolipop I would be rotating away from the tool. Or should I just use a 3D contour and play with the offsetting in the toolpath parameters?
