I have seen this especially with older X5 & X6 files opened in X7.

Regeneration does not correct the problem that generate the message.

However, I have still been able to post and the code was fine.

The only way I have been able to get rid of the message was to re- create the offending op from scratch.

As best as I can determine, this is somehow tied to toolpath tolerance settings.

Have you tried looking at the error log that is created during posting?

i dont think im getting any error log as i can see, just that pop-up

Check the output folder where your NC code file is.

There is probably an err file.

We've been seeing that error pop-up here as well.

We went through a lot of scenarios and it and seems to have something to do with the way we had chained our geometry.

We found that when we chained our geo with "Window" or "Area", it caused this error pop-up. Chaining with standard "Chain" would not produce this error.

We were also able to post good code by clicking No on the pop-up.

This was not a problem with previous versions that I can recall.

re-selecting chains is not working for me.

It's not working for me either.

Very strange.

The code is still good.
