We currently have a dmg dmu 5th axis and every time i do a 5th axis routine , any walls that have no curvature to them have gouges in them.
I am currently new to 5 axis machining, i was wondering if anybody could take a look at my parameters and see something im not,any help would be appreciated. (had to increase the step down to .025 to shrink the file size, had it at .01 step down)
Thanks

it is an amorphous material, care needs to be taken if machined with coolant. If used, non aromatic coolants should be used to avoid crazing.
and i would use diamond tooling with a high polish, ive had good results with those.
We have been licensed for over 6 years now and we just caught an employee with a illegal seat on his computer, we terminated him and removed the illegal seat, but when we try to load the legal version it still comes up a full blow version which we are not licensed for, how do you remove this?
we have a mazak and we had to puchase the high speed , i had the same problem with it cutting corners and the high speed package fixed that.
