Sending drawings as a PDF or JPEG

So I am new to masterCAM in my Cabinet shop, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to take snap shots of drawings in MasterCAM and send them in emails as a PDF or JPEG. I am sure it is a simple task, but I can not seem to figure it out. I want to send a couple shots to a client and make sure that I have approval to contiune with the project.

Not as simple as you'd think, but here are a couple options:

 

1: Select "copy image to clipboard" from the "Screen" pulldown menu,

paste the contents into a new paintbrush document, save the document

in your preferred format.

 

2: Same as above except press Ctrl + PrtScrn, rather than using the Mastercam command.

 

3: Install a pdf printer & print to that, I'm partial to pdfcreator, http://www.pdfforge.org/

I use Snagit for grabbing what I want then from there i mark what I want then print to PDF, I use Adobe Acrobat.

you can also get shots in the Active reports to that can be printed.

Which reminds me that Verisurf includes screen capture as well as 3d pdf options.

Yes the Verisurf tools include a PDF tool, works great.

I use greenshot to snap picture of what I want , then allow you to make mark-up to picture,notes etc.

before saving to jpg,bmp,gif,tiff...

 

Greenshot allow to pic the size of picture you want to create..

The 3D pdf option is so cool. You get to zoom, pan, rotate, measure, change the lighting and a bunch of other features as well.
