I use the MPfadal post with minor modifications. At least our fadals do not like the O and the begining of the program. I also got rid of the A-0 in the program because if you use multiple work planes it will lock up the machine.

Thats my 2 cents.

Hope this helps!!

have a good day!! smile.gif

Well they make a MPMASTER_FADAL I would talk to my local dealler and see what they can do to get it for you. I have also modified a HTML set-up sheet to work on the Fadal it uses the E fixutre offsets and everything email me and I will send it your way. I use the MPFADAL2 post off of the CD with alot of changes for a format 1 setting on the machine not recommend to do. I have put toggles in to use or not use the A aixs ans I have changed the Brake on and off to be used as Canned text verse output everytime on that post. The MpMaster post I have also modified does not use the brake and A axis callouts unless doing A axis work. You will need the O for program it does not like ZERO for program numbers so I changed all of my operational defaluts in every operation to 9999 so I dont have to always change it. You can change the post to do it automatically but if doing subs becomes a pain. The MpMaster_Fadal post also give you alot more information about the tools and MAX/MIN z values on tools.

I hope that gives you some ideas. You dealler can do all the things you need very quick and to your liking.
