Rizzo dynamic database

More of us need to post tooling info to this database . I feel a lot of us want to try HSM but arent comfortable or confident enough to "guess" at the speeds and feeds.

 

I've only programmed 2 parts with HSM do far . As soon as I get it dialed in I will upload my data to the database

Database and upload form are in my signature below.

 

Just a note, when data gets entered I have to manually go in and move it to the correct material grouping. I also make sure all the math formulas work (% signs and decimal placement cause problems). So you see your data entered and it doesn't quite look or work correctly, I go in about once a week and clean it up. If you'd like older data cleared or updated, just contact me and I can fix it.

I haven't been adding, but I've been having good luck with the numbers generated by HSMAdviser in copper and a few different hardnesses of H13.
