I havent cut anything with it but by the look at the way the cutterpaths crunch I could run my little mill full bore with this code.

The demo version have all the toolpaths?

I only had:

pocket

contour

horizontal

scallop

pencil

paralell

I didn't see a leftover.

Yes, the cutterpaths crunched in about 1/3 of the time and the scallop had a slightly diffrent strategy, which I liked.

As far as no arc filtering,

Most of the new HSMC's are built to process mountains of code and no arcs will not matter to these machines.

Two words

Love it,

getting it......wait that's four rolleyes.gif

If you want to start the HSM from the OP-Manager, take a look to this Topic:

http://www.emastercam.com/ubb/ultimatebb.p...t=007499#000000

Rel. 0.4.14.50 is close for release. The 3+2 works fine there. And you will find some new options there, like: rest material support for the contour strategy.

Our beta tester here in germany are very happy with this tool. The roughing saves a lot of calculation and machining time.
