Part gouged by swarf toolpath

I am running a 5-axis swarf toolpath on some pretty simple geometry and I am getting a gouge when it rounds a corner. This is showing up in Vericut but it does NOT show up in backplot. The toolpath tolerances are very tight and it has a finishing pass which is where the gouge occurrs. Here is the code. The lines where the gouge happens are pretty obvious.

The lines where the gouge happens are pretty obvious. Any ideas why this might be happening? The tool is rounding a gentle corner with a nice fan going on. No crazy geometry here, nice and smooth.
