Call your dealer and they should be able to walk you through it. IMHO 2 weeks is not near enough time 30 days would have been a better amount of time. Not sure if it a MacDac or someone else that is your dealer but either one should be able to assist.

[Edit]

Rereading this did you get the stand alone Renishaw Product? If so that does not work directly with Mastercam. You would need to talked to your Mastercam dealer to get the one that comes with Mastercam to work like suggested below.

You will need an activation code to enable Productivity+ in Mastercam. There is a Getting Started with Renishaw Productivity+ guide that is a good place to start. Look for MCAMX7_RenishawProbe-GS.pdf in your McamX\documentation folder.

In addition to the Temp code to enable the Probing license, you must have a post processor that is modified to support Probing. We have many sample Zip files available from your reseller that contain "before and after" posts that show the changes necessary to support probing. The post changes are pretty minor, all things considered. If your post isn't "probing enabled" though, you won't be able to create probing tool paths.

Hope that helps,

Colin
