How do you save generated toolpaths for export?

Hi,

 

I have generated 2d toolpaths to cut some pieces for a remote control plane that I designed. My problem is how do I export those toolpaths to a G-Code interpreter software which controls my CNC router. All help will be appreciated.

Select All

Post

-select your post file-

Check "Save NC file" and "Ask"

Ok

Save

Bada Boom, Bada Bing! G-Codes!

Thanks for the tips, the "posting file" works great. I have a homebuilt CNC router that I bought of someone with Mastercam 9.

In other words, you have an illegal copy of Mastercam?

 

Did you get approval from your dealer to acquire the license legally before you purchased it?

 

Did you legally transfer the license from the original buyer to yourself?

 

Does the software include a hardware key (sim?).

 

If you answered NO to any of the above you are risking significant legal liability and fines.
