Cutting a spiral on a mill

Hey guys, I'm trying to machine this part with a 90 deg cutter. I can't get it to lead out though. Can someone help me with this? Its ok that the cutter will make a flat at the bottom of the spiral. This has been discussed already and I realize because the cutter being calculated from the middle that the depth will be off at the top, this is ok as well. I also know I will be cutting lots of air. We only have Mill Level 1 X6. Anyway I attached the part, all I really need is for it to lead out at the top. I tried extending contour on lead in/out parameters, and I also tried extending contour. Neither will get the cutter to lead out. The part is coming to me with extra material on the bottom for holding purposes. I attached the dimensions of the part how it comes to me from the lathe.

Is this what yer lookin' for?

I added a section of arc to the spline your using for the helix to extend the length of the tpath. When ever chain geom crosses over itself you have to turn off "infinite look ahead" in the cut parameters. I removed the lines you were using for the lead in/out, then as Kevin had suggested I adjusted the start of contour by shortening it.
