Tool Manager Default Display Mode

When I open the X7 tool manager the default "display mode" is the "both"  setting. Is there a way to change that?

I assume you are talking about X8. Yes just drag over from the other and should be good to go.

You could try changing it to display how you want (I typically use Part, myself), then save your config file.

 

If that doesn't work, you could use A Form Filler (see my sig) to select it for you automatically whenever you open the tool manager.

No, X7. When I open the tool manager from the toolpaths drop down on the menu bar.

I'm not catching exactly what you want on the drop down there are two one upper and one lower? which are you changing. both are on the right and you can toggle each. one for part and one for library.

its set this way by default and cannot be changed unfortunately
