I am programming a Matsuura with an Yasnak I-80 control the machine has rigid tapping and the programmed feed rate is the pitch of the thread. This being the case I need 4 places on the decimal for tapping. I would like to have the other operations work to only 2 places. How do I acomplish this.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks. cheers.gif

Go into ptap and change the format statement for feed like I did here:

ptap #Canned Tap Cycle

pdrlcommonb

result = newfs(12, feed) # Set for tapping Feedrate format [was 17] (cdm)

pcan1, pbld, n, sgdrlref, *sgdrill, pxout, pyout, pfzout, pcout,

prdrlout, *feed, *speed, strcantext, e
