Guys, please.

I'm in a trouble. I cannot find any information to program probe and tool setting. I used cnc software instruction and did not get any success. I have set probe, but when I trying to set tool, anyway, I got probe in a tool manager line and nothing more. It does not meter what kind of tool I select. When I postprocessing, my program gives me something does not look like macro program. It looks like some kit of letters and numbers.

Please HELP!!!!!!!

I'm not trying to be a d1ck, but it doesn't sound like you know how to use a probe anyways. Trying to get mastercam to work with probing requires an above average knowledge of Mastercam itself, and an above average knowledge of probing by itself in order to make the two work together.

You are in trouble how exactly? Did you tell someone you were a world class expert on the Renishaw probing and how to use it in Mastercam and now you need to delivery on those promises?

You put up no sample file, no posted code nothing about your machine. We have no clue if you even have a Mastercam certified post for the machine you are probing for. Have you used the basic Renishaw probing routines before? The Mastercam process outputs everything unless you go into the configuration and have it only output the needed macro syntax. You talked about a tool here the probe does not set a tool a tool touch setter does that so losing me when you talking about tool setting. If you are talking about tool adjustments to offsets after checking features on the part those are all controlled in the probing process, but that is total different that setting a tool. If you are trying to make diameter adjustments on machined features then you have to make sure you are using the correct probing routine for that and again you have provided very little for us to see the who, what, where, when and why or what you are trying to accomplish here. Imagine you are trying to explain this to someone 1000 os miles away who #1 can not read your mind. #2 cannot see what you are doing #3 cannot figure out what you are doing since what you have explained is limited. Explain it better, provide a ton more information and maybe someone can help you limp along until you get proper training from your Mastercam dealer which is what I always recommend when using the Renishaw product.

Thank you very much for replay.

I have NEVER told anybody, I am world class expert. My biggest problem is my pure english. Because of it ,sometimes, I'm not too clear and I cannot give any more explanation then I've given.

I just can say, I use HAAS VF-2 with spindle and table probe, and send zip2go file with just three tools. If you can give me a help with example, I'd be very happy. If no it's OK too.

Thank you in a forward.PROBE.Z2G

odessa, please understand that everyone here is willing to help.  We just need some information to be able to provide you with the proper answer.  Usually when you think you are giving us to much about your issue it is just barely enough.

Attached is your Mastercam file with some sample probing toolpaths, a couple of touch point, work offset setting and even a broken tool check.  But all of this being output correctly is dependent on your post.  Looking at your zip2go there is a hodge podge of machine files, I am guessing that this was not provided by your reseller.  I would highly recommend going to your reseller and asking them to provide you with a set of post files specific for your machine and probe.
