Swept 2D Problem.... Mastercam X5

Hi,  

 

I have an issue with my swept 2d command. I have attached the file so [please look at it to understand what I mean. 

I have used 2 swept 2d command for the attached program, the one on the bottom works fine and it creates the tool-path perfectly, but the top shape make the tool-path to continue the arc shape as a half circle. I have tried many thing such as, mirror, opening new file, same problem. I had this issue before but when I flip the drawing I could solve it. but in this drawing I cant do that as the swept 2d has to be in that direction

 

please help....

Give to your tool corner minimum radius like 0.001 this will help

thanks for the reply, I solved it by just breaking the curve line into  lines. 

I have one more question, is there any why to find out how long the cutting process will take? like how many hours?

then click the blue arrows in the top left corner

then click info

that will give you estimate time for operations selected

has 46 min on the file you posted
