WHAT TOOLPATH FOR SS 304????

Did any of  you  may can advise what  toolpat  ( tool)  choose to make this plate ???

 

I am looking for the best way cut SS material .what is the most effective???

 

I have a .125 stock  on  width and length around the contour.

Contour or dynamic contour.

 

Pretty straight forward do you have other concerns like flatness and holding tolerance? All those holes will be fun and I would do all of them before I would even think about touching the outside of the part. I have seen SS warp, bow and do all kind of things with that many holes in it. Will the be be constrained in it's application and it is called out as allowed for inspection? Look up the recommend cutter and then use it's recommended speeds and feeds.

Maybe create a solid from the 2d file and use FBM For the holes
