Drive Surfs

Running different toolpaths on the same surfs. there's about 35 drive surfs and I've tried grouping them but when it asks me to pick the surfs I grab that group but it doesn't recognize it. it's a pain in the butt continually re picking them.

so you have created on path and picked all the surfaces. you can now go make another toolpath and just pick on of the surfaces. then do all you settings and finish. Now in the Op's Manager go to the path that has all the surfaces you want to use and drag the drive surfaces from that path to the new one and regen. this one thought.

Set them as a face color.....then when you get to the surface selection part use can use the All selection of a color

Also even faster if you just programmed the first path picked all the drive surfaces. now go and start your new path and use the Select Last button and it remembers all the drive surfaces you last picked and move forward. review picture for were this button is.

Are you doing actual surfaces or solid faces. if surfaces you could copy or move them to a level on there own. then when you go pick select the QM levels option on the right and select that level.

there are more option to.
