Then you might need to call them in and have them walk you through it and document them doing it so you can make your own. I did that with Thermwood years ago. I called them in once and watched the process. I asked questions took notes and was able to do it myself from that point forward. I have done that one many other machines, but the Multus is one where you need to get the specific process correct or run the risk of tearing something up.

Are you just zeroing, or fixing alignment of the above components? If you need to correct zero due to a crash most certainly you need to check alignment as well, I would highly suggest getting a tech in to train you.  Lot more going on there then meets the eye.
