Hasp not found??

Ok,they just built me a brand new computer and put windows xp pro on it.

Now when I try to open up mcam,it keeps saying "Hasp not found"!

 

I unpluged hasp,re-plugged in in port and still dont work.

What do I need to do???

 

v9.1 sp2 no maintenance updates.

Sent po out for maintenance the other day.

did you do hasp update and type in key #'s

When using a NetHasp, keep in mind that every user need to start the nethasp by double clicking on the nhasp9.exe in MC main directory, then select SIM type and Mode, then hit radial button "read".
