In the graphics in the lower right hand corner are 6 icons that control what you see on the screen. Each one will show different things. I think this is what your referring too and it would be the 4 icons from the Left to the Right that is a Sphere with a Outline. Also need to know these are states so you have Solid Outline and Transparency active at the same time.

That wasn't what I was looking for. You used to be able to change the wireframe itself to hidden lines.

Can you be more specific? Your surface/wireframe terminology doesn't make sense to me. I'm also not sure where the "hidden" option is. Please elaborate.

I believe he is talking about the display of the UV guide curves, when the Surface is "unshaded". You can use the "Surface Density" to control the spacing of the UV grid lines, but I wasn't aware that you could change the "line type" of these curves.

Try this:

-Select the Surface, then "Right Click".

-Mastercam will display the Right Click Menu, with the new "entity attributes" panel. Here is where you can change the "line type" for a selected entity. Normally this is done on Wireframe, but it sounds like in past versions of Mastercam, the "line type" display would also be applied to a surface in unshaded mode...
