I use this parameters  and the communication failed

Then you need to call a machine repair or tech company. Pullo is about as knowledgeable as they get and he provided information I have not seen in 25 years. Sorry you have an old machine, but you do and with that comes exactly what your facing.

What error are you getting?  Are you using a laptop with a usb to serial device to send the files?  If you are there are settings hidden in the device manager under the advanced settings that you may have to play with to get this to work for you.  If you are using a usb to serial adaptor where did you purchase it from?  We've found only certain chipsets work in these devices.  If you bought it at staples or bestbuy it might not work for you.

Hello....Does anyone have a PC interchanges arrangement on this sort, or comparative factory?

In the fixing bureau on the rear of the machine there's 1 RS232C port, however there's a link in it that is wired in with a lot of others and vanishes into the machine. It doesn't resemble a link to be taken out, except if it winds up in a RS232 contact somewhere else on the machine (I've looked and I can't discover anything).
