"Propably when perpendicular lead in was used there wasn't enough "space" for a machine to adjust cc so it did it on one of the next moves"
I think you found the problem!!!!

FIRST check if you can register the pallet number as it loads into the machine and then use this macro routine do the logic, that way you use only one program. Only have the operator do the offset adjusting for the correct pallet ( or weird things might happen......
F. Javier
Or.. How about have the machine check what pallet number it just loaded inside, and if the palllet number is "#1" to jump and read "#1" set of offsets; and if the palllet number is "#2" to jump and read "#2" set of offsets in an "if then" macro statement... I'll think about it and give you more specifics later. I know we do something similar so that we use one program only. Then again mabye someone else can suggest something better

X = X(COS T) – E(SIN T)
Z = X(SIN T) + E(COS T) + D
T = Angle
E = (Z – D) Note: “E” is always positive number
D = Distance from machine zero to center of pallet
Z = actual z zero used to rotate

Our dealer came through!!!
The problem is that we have our tool library across the server and somehow the access to the holder doesn't come thru. In the screen config the new definition for tool library is now to the "C" drive and the holder shows as it does for all you guys. Thanks for the help.
F. Javier
thanks Wildcat, the holder file is as you spec'ed it and everything seem ok except it is not working for me as I previously mentioned.
Thanks again, I'll keep you guys posted.
F. Javier
Thanks storkman, it is defined properly and the holder is at the correct directory (I opened it to check it). The tool shows but the holder does not... and what's funny about it is that even in replot the toggles turn themselves off to NOT show the holder, thats why I suspect something else.. thanks again. I'll keep searching.
F. Javier
Hi guys; In my replot i toggle the switch show holder to "Y" and as soon as I step to replot the toggle "show holder" turns back to "N". In verify the holder is not coming on... Have any of you guys found a way for the holder to show?
V9.1 SP2
I searched the database and did not find an adequate answer.
Thanks in advance
