Do you have a Mastercam file as it will help in solving your problem?

Likely best to get your Applications Engineer in to help configure the machine correctly. 

Flowline? Or can you use a chamfer end mill and just use contour?

Possibly flowline is a better option but without a file to look at it is just a guess.

You should post this in the Industrial Forum, you will also need to attach a valid Ziptogo file if you want others to take a look at it.

To change these colours....when in Verify go to File - Options - Graphics and make your changes.

Easiest way is to only create the 1/4 of your solid then use Mirror to duplicate each part or parts as needed.

You can cut that solid using the extrude-cut function with a complete chain to cut it by. You can also use Model Prep push/pull and reduce the model to the 1/4 shape and then use Mirror.

Uncheck "Workpiece" and check "Stock" where it say "Visibility"

I had an employee retire after nearly 40 years, he didn't use computers.... he would make "quick sketches" (his description) that were nothing short of works of art. Everything neatly scaled, shaded and sectioned and dimensioned immaculately.  

I changed the Arc Filter Settings and it seems better (took a while to generate though). Not sure how it will behave on the machine.

Could you modify a duplicate solid (remove the upper portion that is overhanging the undercut area (make the model shorter by that amount)). Then surface it with a lollipop mill? 

I am not onto MC2025 but would like more information in general about when and why you choose these different options.

Axis Substitution requires a different method when trying to transform rotate. You need to use "Translate" not rotate  and  "Coordinate" not tool plane. Then on the next page use "Delta" for Method.

Are you doing a spindle and axis warmup before measuring your tools and offsets?
