This usually happens when you are using a custom plane in a toolpath. In the planes manager click on the Top and turn the WCS on for Top.

I checked by posting some code and that is not affecting the code, no need to change the maxfrinv

Your control definition is set to Degree/min for the 4th axis rotary in the file you linked. The Max Inverse feed rate is set to 1000 in the Machine definition. The post has a 0 value for the maxfrinv value as well.

There isn't anything in that file?

Here is a link to the one I created. I have one with the housing and one without. This has the housing

I made a DNM4500 Machsim and it worked fine. What solid model did you use for the machine?
-
Copy it to a new level and see if you alter it. Other option is to remove the history on the model with Model Prep.

You are trying to alter the wireframe geometry that drives the solid model most likely.

Your re-seller will have access to a Generic Haas 4 axis post through the Post Install tool.

With the Verify window open; File/Options/General/Collision Checking make your selections.
MC2023 is in a different location?

Change "Source" from "Geometry" to "NCI"

Click on “Verify” when in the verify window. Then drop down “Material Cutting” and make your selection.

I would suggest Unified Morph's for most of the finishing. Equal Scallop in the areas on the ends using 3+2 positioning. Others might have better suggestions!!!

What version of Mastercam are you using? I doubt this entire part can be cut on a 4th axis.
If you post a valid Mastercam file with the part setup and some toolpaths people will help you.
