  1. I am covering a new area this week they have an older Mazak with an M2 control, I used our M32 post but I keep getting an alarm 553 illegal data input can anyone supply some sample code? is there a limit to G codes per block?
  2. Most lathes experience this, if the x casting and headstock are not on the same casting it is common. we adjusted our Okuma LB10's till they warmed up. But The LC series share the same casting and grow and shrink together.
  3. I can look tonight I may still have a factory manual for the 4 ax lathe. you should be using load monitor if you are pinch turning if 1 insert fails you could loose both pockets on the holders
  4. weird there is no VMON either usually there is monitoring on all these turets
  5. Barcode is lame!!!!! you should remember the barcode problems with that other tool we worked on Metal motion full up rfid hundreds of tools and pallets
  6. Does anyone have an RFID scanner or barcode to check and make sure the right fixture is in the machine, horizontal vertical or any other expierence with this please share.

  9. When one of the guys here launches mastercam it comes up on the MBD tab instead of the toolpaths tab in the ops manager how do I change this
