  1. I've had this problem when I have certain levels turned off. Seems to go away if I have all levels on.
  2. Thanks!! Can't wait to give it a try.
  3. Can someone e-amil me this c-hook. It sounds very useful, but I can't access the web site here at work. Thanks! Corby [email protected]
  4. In your transform operation is work offset numbering set to auto?? If so, set it to "maintain source operation's"
  5. fboike, just to follow up. you were right. we somehow lost permissions on mcam9 folder and subfolders. got it set back to modify and everything is working. Again, thanks for the help.
  6. On the computer that does not work, the db.ovf file is in the temp folder all the time, not just when Mcam is running. I can't delete it, or rename because of the permissions. Guess I'll have to call IT when they come in this morning and go from there. Thanks for the help. Corby
  7. Thanks guys, but the file is where it belongs. It is Okb and permission is set identical to the computer right beside it.
  8. I have am getting an error when I try to open Mcam9.1 on one of our pc's. "warning-error opening C:mcam9commontempdb.ovf" click ok and get "Not Enough Memory" I've always been able to find solutions to our problems by searching the forum. This is a great place for info. I see others have had this problem but none of the suggestions worked for me this time. (did not do a complete reinstall). Mcam9.1 is the only version on this box. Can't check to see which updates have been loaded. Renaming the config file to force the creation of a new one did not help. We are running XP. This computer was working fine last week. The PC is locked by IT so no changes could have been made. Our other three pc's are still working fine. Thanks in advance Corby
