  1. The foam wasn't the problem, I took it apart and spun the roller with my fingers and the pointer on the screen still wouldn't move. The up and down works the across wouldn't. We also cleaned by the laser and still nothing.

    Hurco wants.........$$$ for a new one

     

    We found a company who rebuilds for 1/3 of that. we just got the new one in.

     

     

    We took the old apart and cleaned, but didn't help.

     

    The company we found said they couldn't fix the old one after we sent it to them.

     

    So now we have one of their replacement ones, you have to move it slower with your fingers to get it to work right........but that is better than only being able to move only one direction only.

  4. We have a Hurco vmx42 and the Mouse ball on the machine is giving us problems.

     

    The curser won't move when you spin the ball.

     

    Anyone had this problem with any of your Hurco's or any other machines that have a mouse ball???

     

     

    Any tips on how to clean????
