I very happy with my FX4500, FX4600. My friend have FX4800 and they love it, If up to me i would use those cards on 64bit systerm with 16gig or more.
How things going Mike?
If you created a view using 2 line method, that view will associate with those 2 line so where ever you move or rotate those line your view will go with them. HTH
Well, SlJ i don't know if i can help without look at your .MMD and .PST file, i think you may have program your B0.0 at WCS-top C-top and t-top. good luck. HT
Dave, i maybe wrong. Your machine is table-table i don't think you need G68.2 at all, if you program tool tip you need G43 for positioning like a horizontal and turn on G43.4 for 4 and 5-axis simultanous toolpaths.
How about fews point toolpath before that 5 axis cut:
1. Point tp at A-45.
2. Point tp at A-45. C50.
3. Point tp at A-45. C130.
4. Point tp at A-45. C180.

Look like you need to reset misc value of that tool path.
Work Coodinates(0-1=G92,2=G54), right now it may set at 0 try change to 2 see if it work. HTH
G you are right,Control def. does not affect NCI output, Parameters setting of diffirece type toolpath does. I have dif. op. defalt file for dif. machine because of this reason.
Melliott6, Icam should taken care every thing for you. To me the most important thing you need in Machine Def. is control file. Once you map all association files for that machine : tool, op. etc. the rest is up to Icam. HTH
How about change your ball dia. to smalller size like 5/16, 1/4 or even 3/16 ;Rotate your cutting angle 25.0 to 45.0 from where you at ;turn off your filter and set total tolerance to 0.0001
