I've had co-op students in the summer, and would train them on a dynapath controlled machine. I have them cut spruce 2X6's. Just cut done to rough size, glue together for thicker mass. Cheap, no damage to cutters, quiet, and did I say cheap.

those spike looking things are surfaces, there is a problem the translator. I would try to import the file differently, maybe .x-t, or .igs would work better for you.
hope I helped

Harold, to use control cutter comp at the fadal, you need to use wear. Be sure your head#, tool#,Len offset, and dia offset are set to the right tool. Hope this helps.
If those old dogs don't want to learn new tricks, It's time for some puppies...
I had two guys that wouldn't change, so I removed V9 and guess what. They found X2 so much easier, and won't go back to V9. Change is good.
Hey Guy's
Everytime I change the setting's for the operations manager,(e.i:background colour, font), the next time I open a file it defaults back.
How you I make it stick?
thanks Dan.
I think the answer will be simple, but I'm scratching my head over it. When I chain a open pocket using the open pocket tab, my chain starts half way in the open pocket. How do I get it to start outside the pocket without changing it to climb mill?
thanks Dan

If I try to use silhouetteboudary.dll, masterCam prompts me with an error : .NET Library Error - the appropriate mastercam .NET support dll could not be found.
how do I fix that?
I'm using MasterCam X2 MR2, level 3.
