This one's getting to me....
I'm doing multiple ops on a 4axis vertical. The stock from previous ops sometimes doesn't locate where its supposed to be in succesive ops and/or its orientation is whacked out. Cant seem to make sense of it.
Any help is much appreciated!!

I should add that I have to hold down the Enter key for what seems like a minute or so while the OK button gets 'pressed' a million times. The g-code comes out fine though, even eith the warning.
The HTML tag:
Any ideas where this is coming from? I've tried adjusting the limits on the machine setup but no joy.

Hi Colin,
I'm saving the tool and holder as geometry for a quick visual reference. You know how everything shows up as a wireframe...instead of getting one continuous line at, say, where the taper is on the holder, I'll get a hundred or more tiny lines. Screwy huh? I've never seen this happen until X2. There's got to be a check box somewhere that causes this but damned if I can find it.
Hope all is well with you. I'm hoping for some really good news by November.
Cheers. D
Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. I'm running X2 MR2 SP1. There is no AutoCursor toolbar listed in the drop down when I right click in the tool bar area. There is also no Relative or Last option on my AutoCursor Settings dialog from my mouse right-click menu.
I installed Verisurf by mistake and now have a BIG Verisurf logo in the top right corner of my screen right over my Tplane axis. How do I get rid of it??
Thanks!

I'm using mpmaster_fadal.pst that the nice folks at Inhouse Solutions let me have. I have tried different posts that dont give me the error but other things don't work. I need to get this one to work as its as close to what I want so far.
Don't mean to shout. I pasted this error message right out of my post. I've tried settings in the MDD and the post but I'm missing something. My code looks right but this error pops up like 50times every time I post.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Happy Friday!
I'm getting my feet wet in machine def and control files in MCX MR2. I'm not getting A axis rotations in my program even toough my post is set to output 4axis code. My Machine definition shows a 4th axis on the tabel and it looks right to me, but I must be missing something.
Any ideas?
Are there any tutorials that are available that cover this area.
I sure hope there's a fix for this one. The HTML setup sheet seems to have a serious flaw in that it creates a .gif image with the name of the .MCX file that you're working on. Well, if you have more than 1 operation, hence more than 1 setup sheet, the previous op .gif gets overwritten. Now you cant print that previous setup sheet again with the correct graphic.
Anyone out there know a work around??
Thanks,
D
