  1. What post are you using? I‘ve used a lot of custom macro in some of my post for changing subprograms to local subprograms and adding other things. Maybe I can help. Sample -------------------------------- N83T83(100332 SLOT MILL) M6 G65P4828B180.(COORDINATE ROTATION) M11 G0G90G54B180.M88 M10 G0G90G54X-47.616Y-2.0 S2420M3T84 G43H83Z67.25 #21=2012 GOTO1007 N2012 G0G90G55X-47.616Y-2.0 Z67.25 #21=2013 GOTO1007 N2013 M5 G0G91G30Z0.M89 G0G91G30X0.Y0. 2. That’s very nice Steve, I was in need of something like that for a post that I'm working on to out put some macro stuff. Bubba was trying to show me the same thing. Thanks Craig Butler
  3. Try setting the program # on the tool parameter tab to a number like 1000, this will make the sub output increment from that number. For example (Main prog. # 1000) the first sub output = (Sub prog. # 1001) and the second sub output = (Sub prog. # 1002) and on >>>>>>

  5. I’m not real familiar with the 15m, but I wrote a custom macro B program for a Fanuc 18I horizontal machine that would calculate a new X, Y, Z by entering the original X, Y, Z and R value of the angle that you are rotating to. This only works with 90-degree rotations. Note: That in mastercam you can set your post to output a G10 X, Y, Z line at tool change and null tool change, that will calculate a new XYZ point when rotating by using the tool/plane origin. 7. Hey A-Ron Where can I find a electric motorcycle Like this one. Do you have a E-mail or a #
  8. I agree some times I would like to leave more stock in (X) than (Y) or more stock in (Y) than (X).
  9. We had that same problem, we just upgraded the Cimco editor and it went away.
  10. Yes. Just select (solid), (next menu), (layout), enter your layout info and select (ok). Then select all solids.
  11. Are you doing rotary positioning or full 4th axis work? We do a lot of 4th axis programming and we build the geometry around the axis of rotation using the mastercam origin as the center of the pallet/ rotary. Note: Remember to set your T/plane to get the correct rotation when you post your file. www.fnmfg.com
