  2. thanks for the help guys. I downloaded the trial version and It worked real well.Found 2 mistakes in 2 different programs. One thing on the software ,perhaps you can help. It seems like it doesnt pick up all of my G52 work shift?? because it looks like it is repeating in the same location ...any thought or suggestions?
  3. I just used this program CNC Backplot Editor and it worked great ..picking up the sub calls and I actually caught a mistake. Unfortunately its not free for ever but it does what I want.   4. try to do the operations together and use the incremental depth and keep tool down if using depth cuts
  5. Anyone know of any software application that can replicate a program that utilizes sub programming and work shift (G52)similar to a haas control. Presently we can run the program in the control and it will show the positioning etc and will alarm/stop if the code is not correct. I would like to "test" my edited program prior to sending out to floor. Preferably something at no cost...lol..FREE...

  7. thanks...it figures NOT at this place. Wear comp is the best way but i dont have a choice here. I just started and they wont change now. Maybe thats why there fixtures have alot of dents and dings lol
  8. when backplotting with simulate cutter comp in control using tangent lead in ,the lead in looks like a approx 45 degree lead in even if i set my sweep angle to zero . What gives ?? the code looks correct!

  11. my levels range default got set to 1 thru 1411999.( I put some geometry on a high level) If I choose the range selection in levels manager my system crashes and displays a out of memory dialog box. Basically it locks up looking for a range that doesnt exist. Does any one know how to reset the levels range back to the default 1 thru 1000.

  13. I did download the language dll and put it in the chook directory prior to running the software. The actual program is in german after i unzip it. I went to the website and pulled it off there. It seems so simple. I'll give it another try and delete everything prior to redownload....THANKS Fellas. Ive been here before under a different user,lost my old account so I know how helpful this forum is. And mastercam does truly ROCK
  14. Anyone have a clue as to why after I download the zip file from the website... I open it and run it it still is in german language? I have a brand new job with a brand new computer and a new install of X4 ...Frustrated is the word of the day.
