  1. I tried to draw up the same thing you have and I don’t get that result. Just looking at what you have there. Maybe take a look at your lead in and lead out parameters. That looks like what is happening there. Hope this helps. ------------------ Lou Wilson Cnc Programmer http://www.opinc.com

    No G02 or G03

All Surface paths are point to point. The only time it outputs g02 or g03 is when you filter it using arcs. Make sure they are not filtering the path before they post it. Hope this helps. ------------------ Lou Wilson Cnc Programmer http://www.opinc.com

    Cut Levels

Yes, That is the way I go about it. It may take a few ops. But, it gets the job done. ------------------ Lou Wilson Cnc Programmer http://www.opinc.com
  7. Andy, Sorry about the slow response. You are right. I is not on 8.0 I have 8.1 standard install. I am not sure what you are trying to do. If you are trying to do a drill cycle. You can use the window when you are making the program and tell it to mask on arcs. You will be able to use a tolerance to pick what size arcs you would like to window. If you need more info. Let me know. Hope this helps...... ------------------ Lou Wilson Cnc Programmer http://www.opinc.com
  8. Hi Andy, If you go Create,Point,NextMenu,Small Arcs,window... That will give you the points at the center of a bunch of arcs. I am still looking into the other way. If I find out. I will message you. Hope this helps. ------------------ Lou Wilson Cnc Programmer http://www.opinc.com

    Win 2000

Hi Dave, The best thing you could do is do a fresh install of win2k. It will make your computer feel like new. If you get it to work better on this issue. You will still have alot of other issues in the OS. I would give it a second thought. Fresh install of win2k is very simple. I did it for all 5 programmers in my room and they all love the performance. Just my thought. Hope it all works out.....Lou ------------------ Lou Wilson Cnc Programmer http://www.opinc.com
