  1. Hi all, I just used the 30 day trial of Cimco HSM and I loved it!! I went to my Mastercam Reseller and got a quote. (I will not say for how much. ) My problem is that I have 5 mill seats on a nethasp and I was told I had to buy ALL 5 seats of HSM to use it. When I had the 30 day trial on the nethasp it worked just like I thought it would. If one person used it the other one could not. That is the whole idea of a network license? Right? Anyway, I just wonder if anyone else has had some experience with HSM on a nethasp? Thanks in advance!!
  2. You all cant fool me. You are wearing out your mouse pads from surfing this forum.
  3. Maybe I am doing this totaly wrong. I am trying to finish some pockets in a P-20 base, I tried to use Surface Pocket finishing to zero. I used a 750bull nose. Then told Mastercam that it was a .780 cutter so it would not hit the walls. Then I used Detect Flats and gave it like a 5inch stepdown so it would just finish the floors. It does cut a lot of air because of all the levels. But, it gets the job done. Now My problem, I want it to ramp down to the finish floor. But, what ends up happening is it will start ramping 5inchs above zero. It will get to the finish floor. But, it takes forever. What in the heck am I doing wrong and also, is there a better way to go about finishing floors or am I being to lazy Thanks in advance for your help! Lou

Tony, Straight Copper Mold100, I was looking into a graphite machine and I was ask if we could just use copper for electrodes and just cut it in the regular mills instead. I never used it before but I figured somebody it out there doing it. So, I will take all the input you guys can give me to help make my decision. Thanks again, Lou

  15. I agree with Jimmy We have wire and wirless network. The only ones that are wirless if the sales people laptop's. I have see them setting there computer in different spots around the shop like a cell phone user walking around to get the best signal. So for realibilty I would go with (or keep) a cat5 network in your manufacturing area. Hope this helps, Have a good day!
