  1. New file 7:07 in X7 MU1 on the same computer????
  2. Using the new file I got it at 4:55 X6 MU3
  3. oops the horizontal should be 0 as well.. give that a try.
  4. This is an issue. these are the settings I find that work the best... All 0's in the linking arcs.. See attached
  5. Elsewhere but is it (in-line) with your point? Or just anywhere. I do it and it is in a straight line from my point in x is where it starts ramping. if you want it to plung exactly where you put your point I believe you will need to use spiral entry.
  6. I have attached an example file. Tool path ignores the boundary in several areas. Forgive the file. I had to chop it up as to not let the original file out there. All the same it still violates the boundary. STOCK.MCX-7
  7. Ok.. I took the cutoff operation out of the part and everything verified fine. I even left it in and raised the cut-off up so it wasn't even close to cutting the part off and the part still disappeared after verify. I guess it doesn't like the cut-off operation at all. Once it sees it bye-bye part.
  8. I have a part right now that does not cut it off completely and it also disappears? Where are the stock update params. This used to work and for about a week now it has not. What could have changed?
  9. OK... So know its doing it with no stock flip or anything just a simple turn and part off. It disappears on the cut-off operation?? What happened? I have attached the file. 6707AC PIN ADAPTER.MCX-7
  10. Thanks, I will send a zip to go file off to Mastercam and let them look into it.
  11. I don't mean to be an ARSE over it just frustrated. Sorry but I lost confidence in my resellers programming ability a while ago. When I have a problem I usually go to CNC Solutions for help but I found this site to be a very good place to connect with others about the troubles with the software. I haven't put up a file as of yet because I don't want the file out there for anybody to grab.
  12. Well I got it to not violate the boundary by doing the above mentioned but I found a spot where it violated in the tool path. SO MY SUGGESTION IS...... DO NOT USE THE HIGH SPEED HYBRID! IT'S BUGGY........ If someone from mastercam would like the file, let me know! I went back to the old way! NICE JOB!
  13. I have preserve Z passes on and set to "closed" I will try another offset option. The way I get it not to go outside the boundry is to change all my Linking params Vertical and Horizontals to "0"
  14. Hybrid approach and retracts do not stay within my boundary window....SWEET!!!!!!!! I believe (if I'm not mistaken) That was one of their claims that X7 was to do differently?? Am I right?
  15. http://www.emastercam.com/board/index.php?showtopic=75631
  16. Got it to work. I had to create a separate (js) file for my mill setup sheet and one for my lathe setup sheet and had to name them the same as my template for each machine. 1 "MILL" and 1 "LATHE" Does that make sense? Thanks for all your work
  17. Ok...all of a sudden my part disappears at the end of verify in Lathe?? What is happening? Worked the other day!!
  18. How do I change it in my template that " I " created for my setup sheet. I do not use the default one. I have a setup sheet template for mill and one for lathe? Thanks
