  1. HELLO EVERYONE !!!!

     

     

    I want to use  One of the      surface high speed tollpath for my  part . material is ss 304  .I want to use  .5 DIA carbide enmill full depp  (1 inch high part).

    which will be the best??? what step over and feed and speed I should???

    I am looking for the best way cut SS material .what is the most effective???

     

    I have a .125 stock  on  width and length around the contour.

  3. most problems i have with roughing teeth after welding ,I tried to use the .5 carbide finish enmill and i make 2 pcs .after rough i cut all contour i use .75 sumitomo insert emill ramping contour .025 step dawn .1500 rpm and 75 ipm .for rough teeth .5 carbide finish 2500rpm and 90 ipm  and .01 step dawn .

  4. HELLO EVERYONE!!!!!

     

     

    I have same  knifes  to machining  all contour ,same places was re welded and is very hard .All part is over 40 HR. To Finishing teeth I can not use the tools   greater than 3/4  .I tried carbides  ,high speed toolpath and after 2nd part the endmill was dull.Do you have any ideas??? Part  has a 2 inch  thickness
