My Reseller figured it out and set up my machine and control Definitions for easy access. And yes I think I see what your saying . Problem is We hired another individual and We have to share this seat so his preferences are also in the Mix. Thanks for the help.
Dave
Have no experience but I'm trying to learn to modify this post. Any help with Basic Post Modification 101 is greatly appreciated. This new control is very finnicky.
I have to remove all the percent signs. Take out the G100 tool change remove the G30(only use G28) and stage the tooling. There is also an issue with the header
I can only use a few characters. Too much and the control will not allow it to load. Can you give a Brother a hand? get it Brother ??? Yea it's early.

Hi Guy's I may be incorrect in asking this But I have checked through MCX and was wondering if anyone knows where I could Find a form
for Tool Changes. A Tool Change log to document life or what time and Date a tool was changed . And Yes I can make one But would like to see several
instances to see what would be best for Process. Thanks in advance and as said if I am incorrectly asking on this forum you have my deepest apologies.
Thanks Dave
Hi Guy's was rummaging through drawers here and ran across this Probe. Anybody have experience with this type. It has a 1" shank and a 90 degree stylus . We definetly don't have 5S here because I keep running into brand new never used stuff and it's just laying anywhere and everywhere.Hell we just spent $9000.00 on BT-30 holders and I ran across a cart tucked in the back full of them never used??
Thanks for any help.
I got it guy's thanks for your help. This particular machine can't have a O in the program number and must start with a %S at the beginning of the program. And also although you can load and download with the pc you must change the machine setting to PTR to get it to load a foreign program.
Thanks for your support.
Dave
I am completely unschooled on this . Do you have any other programs that you can go back through and maybe find the sequence. I know that won't help teach you but it may get you by for this moment .
Hope it helps.
I have contacted Yamazen twice first time they tried to help but don't think they were catching on to what I needed or didn't have time. haven't heard back yet on second request.
I Like it for separating different drafting selections and keeping my solids and geometry separate. and when using templates so I can modify certain dimensions.
You guy's are all way ahead of me .But I love the video because it finally shows me how to move that Dang stock to the part. When I receive a file from the engineers(several of them) each one has the origin in a different location here because it doesn't concern them. So when I use dynamic and move it where I can work with it ,I could never verify with the correct stock. 99% of the work I do here is top dead center.
So it always has to be moved or flipped because their origin is mostly in the center of the part or somewhere out in space. Thanks JP I'm still confused on the different levels needed or Planes but I keep watching it over and over to get it in my head.Just to help you understand my mental issue it took me forever back in the 70's to figure out where in the hell that extra .050 stock came from on the face of my part. Duh!!
Thank God!!! all you guy's with Brothers PLEASE help me out. What is the deal with their file extension output? I can put files in and take them out But if I create a new program I can't load it unless I do it by hand . I tried .NC and ISO but it won't take. It outputs the extension as .FILE??? I tried to do it as .FILE and it still alarms out as Invalid file name . Any Help? P.S. they are Badazz fast and fun to run we have two with Pallet changers and are about to buy a new one.
I have only had .002 minutes to try it But I love the line effect on the toolpaths. The visuals are definetly going to take getting used to. But it still looks very clean.
Just my $ .00002 frugal is my middle name.
