  1. I hope this fix comes soon, as this problem is really slowing me down.
  2. It seems that if you try to have more than one tool with same diameter the next time you open the file all tools with the same diameters are messed up. I can see some bad things happening at the machine because of this. I hope they have a fix for this soon.
  3. I have same problem with different lengths of same tool diameter. The next time file is opened some tools are renumbered. The software should never change tool numbers as this is easy way to have a crash at the machine. This needs to be fixed now.
  4. I have had the same problem using version X. I have not had a chance to try to figure out why it is doing this. Randy
  5. I had the same problem. I moved my windows toolbar on the right side of the screen where I don't have any mastercam functions. Randy
  6. I have had this problem also since installing SP1. Screen/Regenerate display list brings my hidden surfaces back for me. I am running a Quadro fx500. Randy
  7. I used Surfcam for about 4 years before changing jobs. It was a decent application, but Mastercam is much more advanced.
  8. After installing the patch I was able to use the setupsheet with the rightclick menu option but it provides information about the null tool changes which is way too much information to print. I still use my work around of nameing my setup sheet with a .pst extension and post it from the post menu.
  9. I have not noticed much speed improvment, I am having a hard time getting used to the views changing when exiting verify, I do not like it when verify loads the last stl file that was used when I am working on a different job, and I think the new verify is a lot pickier on the stl files. I hope the verify gets more stability improvements also.
  10. I had this problem today also. I called my dealer and he did not have this problem when he updated and said that he would put a call in to Mastercam for me. We are a new company and I do not have internet service on my computer at work yet, but at home I signed on to this user group and I was glad to hear that I am not the only one having this problem. I am going to try Glenn Bouman's idea of updating Cimco Edit from the web. Thanks everyone
