Are there any benifits to the Design LT if you already have X??

There are about 15 files and I really don't want to creat all the wireframe. Right now I am bringing them into V9. They come in fine there and they also come in fine using pro-e. So my fix for now is bringing them into V9 then saving them as X files.

Hi all I just recieved a bunch of iges files from a customer. When I bring them in all I have are surfaces with no wireframe. When I do sceen unblank, some of it is there but not all?? CNC is this the same bug as linky Thanks Mike

Hi all Can someone tell me where in my config settings I can get my chaining manager to default to C-plane and not 3D

I was thinking that but then I think I still will have some editing to do to have some stuff posted to what I am used to. I have done some minor post edits but not too much. The posts I use here are from the previos programmer.

John Not sure what you mean by base post. I use three different posts here. I am pretty sure they are all edited generic fanuc posts. The one I am getting the long code is pretty old updated since V7.

Hi all I post the same file using two different posts and I get real long code with the one on the right all xyz code. This is just a simple contoured slot, ramping down. What do I need to change in my post to get the right file to post like the left? Thanks Mike

A revisit here. I was playing around with the V7 colors chook but now I want to go back to X colors. Anyone no how I can do this. I came in this morning and the V7 stuck with my default config.

Did you make sure to check C-plane and not 3-D in your chaining dialog box? This has got me a couple of times. -

Ed Your F3 is now added in the backplot page. (ICON)Its called restrict drawing. Its not as good as the F3 in V9 but its better then nothing as it was before MR1.

Thad I have been having the same problem with the S key. Not sure about the rest of your issues. But yes the S key is reacting the same way here after updating to MR1 Mike

Hi all...Happy Holidays!! My tool tips are not working.(They used to) Settings>>>configure>>>Screen>>>Show Tool Tips is checked. I'm not sure how long long its been like this since I know what most icons are now. But I just let my mouse sit over one and noticed no tool tip. Has anyone else seen this??
