  1. My customer is asking me what version do we use for step and iges files. Where can I find this information at?
  2. I just received a 256MB .stl file from a new customer. This file is to large to open in X5 so I searched and found this post, and downloaded the easy fit software. I try to open the file in easy fit and I get a to little memory error. Any suggestions?

  4. I have a hmc with a fanuc series 15-m controller on it. I am looking for a way to monitor cutting times over different periods is there a actual feed or spindle on timer that could be reset and monitored?

  7. I just played around with it Its a setting in your post code: use_frst_wcs: no$ #Use only the first WCS read and ignore all others in NCI make sure this says no
  8. check lock on first wcs under misc values 0=no 1=yes

  10. Allen I have update cplane and tplane when changing view checked and reset cplane to top in iso view unchecked. Also when I rotate around the x or y every thing works normally its just rotating around z I have a problem with.
  11. That works john316 but as soon as you spin your gview and then try to set your gview back = to your tc plane it screw your view and tc planes up.

  13. I just changed one of my mazaks parameters with a m32 control to run the mazatrol library. I changed f92 and f93 to this. f92 10101000 f93 00001000 You may want to try to stage a tool to see if this helps your tool changing problem code: 105 (DATE - 22-02-06 TIME - 10:25) N25 G20 G0G40G80G90G94G98 G0G28G91Z0.   14. Is anyone else having problems with simulating cutter comp in verify gouging cutting corners etc. im using mr1

  17. I got it working but i have to swith to a different machine def and then back to get it work.
  18. Since mr1 cant seem to get post debugging information to work. Ive gone into the control definition under nc output and checked it on. Anybodey else seen this?
  19. How would i change my post to output m84 for airblast off and m89 for spindle coolant off. right now it puts in m9 for everything. Im using mphaas post
