I just received a 256MB .stl file from a new customer. This file is to large to open in X5 so I searched and found this post, and downloaded the
easy fit software. I try to open the file in easy fit and I get a to little memory error. Any suggestions?
I have a hmc with a fanuc series
15-m controller on it. I am looking
for a way to monitor cutting times
over different periods is there
a actual feed or spindle on timer
that could be reset and monitored?
I just played around with it
Its a setting in your post
code:
use_frst_wcs: no$ #Use only the first WCS read and ignore all others in NCI
make sure this says no
Allen I have update cplane and tplane when changing
view checked and reset cplane to top in iso view
unchecked. Also when I rotate around the x or y
every thing works normally its just rotating
around z I have a problem with.
any time I rotate around gview about the z
name and save this view and make it active
I can not get the tc planes to update automatically. and then when I set planes =
to gview they wont stick. Is there a
setting that Im missing?
using xmr1

I just changed one of my mazaks
parameters with a m32 control to
run the mazatrol library. I changed
f92 and f93 to this.
f92 10101000
f93 00001000
You may want to try to stage a tool
to see if this helps your tool changing
problem
code:
105
(DATE - 22-02-06 TIME - 10:25)
N25
G20
G0G40G80G90G94G98
G0G28G91Z0.
G0G28X0.Y0.
(1-1/2" APFT TOOL - 25 DIA. OFF. - 25 LEN. - 25 DIA. - 1.)
(ROUGH ID)
T25M6T30
G0G54G90X3.6667Y0.S100M3
If you want a can send you a program
to look at.
Since mr1 cant seem to get post debugging
information to work. Ive gone into
the control definition under nc output
and checked it on. Anybodey else seen this?
How would i change my post to output
m84 for airblast off and m89 for spindle coolant
off. right now it puts in m9 for everything.
Im using mphaas post
