Hi Snaglpuss, I have another customer reporting the same problem. When you Create Note, are you creating it with one or more leaders? Which font(s) do you generally use? Do you run Mastercam for a long time, perhaps have it open all day? If yes, I suggest exiting Mastercam once or twice a day. If the problem happens after running Mastercam for a long time, there may be a memory leak. Exiting will free all the memory. Would you send a Zip2Go (Z2G) to [email protected]? A part file does not need to be open. Access it through Help > Zip2Go Utility and select all the File Options offered, then click Create Zip2Go. Under File > Mail Archive you can email it to us.
