Wire Edm a part made out of Lead?

Has anyone every wired lead before?  We have a customer who wants us to try it.  The part is rectangular, about 3" x 1.5" x 1.25".  It will have about thirty vertical ribs cut thru the center about .016" thick each.  Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I've never tried it but maybe aluminum settings would get you close.  Both are highly conductive and soft.  Maybe lower the on time a little.  Just a wild guess, I am more of a mill guy.

I have Gold before and kind of did what was suggested. I treated it like Aluminum and kept my heat low. I think as long as you don't get to much heat into the wire you should be good to go. Be interesting to see how it turns out.
