Load real-time data from MAZATROL PC-FUSION-CNC 640MT

I am  looking for a data logger solution that can records data over time, from a MAZATROL PC-FUSION-CNC 640MT such as :

• Machine status: Start or Stop.
• Current events and notifications.
• Axes positions.

It's been a while since I've been on a machine, but I think the "Running Control" screen has the machine status history. I used to have to use it pretty regularly.

Memex I belive has a card for 640 that outputs mtconnect protocol, but if I remeber correctly it is astronomical priced.

Matrix controls have mtconnect natively.

 

IMO, realtime data accusation is likely a pipe dream in most shops. There are some good software solutions, Cimco MDC, Merlin(from memex) and a few others. The challenge is every control manufacturer decided to make there own protocol so capturing data is difficult, and what you can capture is different from each protocol/control/hardware.
