2021 requiring tools good in 2020 to be updated?

Hello everyone I have a part I have been working on since December and I am going through the operations making the changes to the files for the part. I have moved from 2020 to 2021 because I am seeing about 50% reduction in regeneration times of HST toolpaths. I am still seeing odd plane issues, but can't say that is a 2021 issue since the file was started in 2020. What I am seeing in the following for every tool when I start making changes in that tools operation group on the 1st operation in that group. My question is anyone bringing files from previous version into 2021 and seeing the same behavior?

Here are my tool group operations:

Hey Ron,

I worked with some guys at CNC with weird issues I was having between 2020 and 2021 tool databases.   Something isn't working correctly with migration.  I'd suggest calling them if you're still stuck.

I am not stuck just odd it popped up is all. I remember the same thing around X7 or X8 and it was something with tools being handled oddly when using the migration wizard. I got away from it for this very reason and just tried again in 2021 and see it and just was wondering if others are seeing it since  seem to always fine the odd ones that no one else seems to be find or are reproducible.

I think it was X8 where I learned to never update MCAM files to the new versions. Strange things happen.
