I have a Quadro K2200 on my Dell Precision 5810 tower, Xeon E5-1620 @ 3.5Hz, with 32GB of RAM. Can anyone recommend NVIDIA 3D settings for the best performance of Mastercam? Right now I just have the Global Settings set to "Base Profile"as I have no idea what else might give better performance.

Under Nvidia Control Panel

Adjust Image Settings with Preview allows you to sacrifice visual quality for speed in some cases,

       Manage 3D Settings

OpenGl rendering gpu = Nvidia GeForce, Quadro or other

Power Management Mode = Prefer Maximum performance

Physx = Nvidia GeForce, Quadro or other

I think the best option I have seen for people with two cards is to enforce the settings in the bios,

since a windows update can revert your settings

This is what I do. Dell is terrible about helping Windows in this area. Disable in the Bios and call it a day.
