Simulation error, Can't normalize null vector

Good morning
When I try to simulate machining using Verify, or using machine simulation with MachSim, I get this error. I have reinstalled Mastercam and the same error always occurs. Does anyone know how to solve it? Mastercam 2023

I feel like I had this error when I used a toolpath transform - rotate trying to drill holes 180 degrees apart from each other....

Could this be causing it in your case?

It happens with any file. It is a PC that I have in a workshop, a little old. But I don't understand why it doesn't simulate. The one I have in the office does it without a problem.

Try deleting the MastercamSimulatorDefaults.xml file from C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\My Mastercam 2024\Mastercammy documents

with Mastercam closed

I just tried to delete them with Mastercam closed, and when trying to simulate I get the same error. I have also tried to copy that file from another PC, which works and the same error also appears.

what video card does it have?

If it's an onboard Intel video card, you are wasting your time

Neither, I have tried updating drivers and the same thing keeps happening

I would try using a Nvidia Quardo card. I would start with a 2000 series, but the 4000 would be the better choice.. I would move up to at least 32gb of ram if not 64gb.
