Lead in/Lead out with overlap

Since downloading the MR0304 patch, I've had to significantly increase overlap when running contour on an enclosed chain. Example: Closed chain contour of a pocket to finish the walls. Start in mid contour, lead in/lead out at .1 lin/.1R, overlap at .02. Now it leaves quite a hump of uncut material in the wall, had to go to .25 overlap to clean it up. It may be coincidence, but it seems like I started having this trouble about the same time I downloaded the new patch.

Walls in question are short and reasonably heavy. I've used the same routine for a couple of years with no problems, now it's showing what looks like the tool stopped short of the initial starting spot. On some cuts, not all. If and when I get more time, I've got to dig up all the problem areas and check code and MC settings. May find something yet.

One of the machines in question just underwent a full laser and ballbar check. Passed with flying colors. None of the machines here are more than 4 years old,(3 of the 6 main machines are newer than 2 years.) running 99% alumn., one shift only. Would agree about the code being right, so MC should be also. Too many irons in the fire, will check deeper when the workload allows.
