So how do you set the two different depths of cut?

Your arcs you select must be drawn at the proper Z depths. Depth is set to incremental 0.

 

I also like to translate my body hole z-.020 first, to give it a little break through amount; while keeping incremental set to z0 still.

Sorry guys I was "busy". CMR is right on with the circle mill and picking the arc's at their correct depth. This is the absolute best, most efficient way I have found. What I will typically do is either drill all drill/c-bore locations will whatever my smallest drill is so my end mill doesn't have to try and cut at the center or use the helical entry set at 10 to 45 degrees depending on the material and size of endmill in relation to the variety of sizes being cut.

The reason that circ mill was'nt working initially was because of the "filter out duplicates" button that is on by default...thus sending me on a wild goose chase for the "perfect" c-bore cycle.
