Yes. I believe Verisuf has them.

You may want to remove the caps lock as IT'S CONSIDERED YELLING on the internet. biggrin.gif

It pretty difficult to program a CMM directly from Mastercam without an additional third party product (Verisurf, Metrolosys). You'd have to either edit the toolpath with canned text or something to tell the post when your are looking for a "hit" or when you're just moving from one position to the next or you have to do ALL of the actual hit commands inside the post and use drill routines with a bunch of parameters to describe a start position vs all of the hits (say a 5-point hole where the toolpath goes to the center at a certain depth and the post builds in all of the other motion - or calls a macro to do such).

Basically you would have to use drill type cycles to do all the form and feature meaurements.

I'f added part probing to posts before and it takes a little doing but it's in the realm of possiblity without a dout.

Even if you get a post set up that will move the probe and get your touches, there are things that your CMM software should be doing that you will not be able to (reasonably) do with your post, like rotating your coordinate system to accurately align with the part, setting new coordinate systems based on part features, and virtual or construction features like intersections, virtual cylinders etc. If your parts are dimensioned simply then it might work, but if there's complicated GD&T forget it. IMHO.

After speaking with the creator of Metrolosys he says that it can be set up to program CMM's.

All your GD&T functionality should then be available I think.

BTW, Metrolosys does run in MCAM.

Still V9 though at this point.
